Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE PRODUCTS?

Q. I received a damaged/defected product, can I get a refund?

If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, you can return the item within 7 days from the date you have received it, packed in its original packaging, along with the the invoice or proof of purchase. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and if it is damaged or defected, we will issue the refund to the same means of payment. This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date we have received the returned product.

Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In case you received an item which is wrong, you can either login to your account and request a return or alternatively get in touch with us either by calling us on +971 589955987, messaging us on WhatsApp on +971 589955987 or emailing us on info@lacapitalhub.com and request for a return or an exchange.

Q. Can I return a product that I haven’t used because I have changed my mind?

Yes, as long as it is less than 7 days from the day you received the order, and it is in its original package you can return the item. Just make sure that you have your invoice or proof of purchase when returning.

Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

For orders placed from the U.A.E, we will try our best to collect them within 3 working days. However, sometime it might take up to 1 week. Also public holidays will impact when the courier will collect your retuned items.

For international orders, it will take between 10 - 25 working days for the order to be collected. Also public holidays will impact when the courier will collect your returned items.

Q. Can I exchange an item that I have purchased?

For orders placed from the U.A.E, as long as you have not used the product and it has not been more than 7 days from the day you have received your product, you can exchange your purchase.

For international orders we do not have an exchange service. So you will have to return the order and place a new order.

Q. I have cancelled my order. How will I get refunded for it?

Refunds will be done only through the Exchange Policy
